:: Monthly Meditation

Meditation is easier than you think!  So many people have tried to STOP or control the endless thinking of the mind – and have tried mediation and given up.  “I can’t stop my mind!”  Guess what?  No one can!  Meditation isn’t about stilling the mind – it is about stepping more fully into this moment with all of our senses.  It is about bringing yourself more fully into the present moment and observing your senses with openness and curiosity.   It is about embracing what is.  It builds tenacity and courage to face all of life’s many challenges with grace.  If you have tried before, we invite you to join us and try again.  We will help support you to find the joyfulness and the ease of this moment, this breath.

We offer monthly meditation workshops that teach the foundations of meditation and include experiential exercises and easy to follow practices that can be done at home.  Open to those new to mediation or those with an established home practice.  Come and learn how to become more present and enjoy every moment to the fullest.

See our class schedule for details of this month’s meditation workshop.

:: A Course in Miracles with Rachel Lopez-Connelly

Join us in our exploration of the book A Course in Miracles. A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a self-study thought system, which helps to gently re-train the mind. This course brings new meaning to the term, spiritual psychology. ACIM teaches forgiveness as the road to inner peace and the remembrance of the love of God. This group will discuss all aspects of the book with a particular focus on the practical application of these principles in our daily lives. No prior knowledge of this work is required. Participants should have their own copy of the book. All are welcome.

“Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.” -ACIM
