Emily Madigan
Massage Therapist
Emily has been a massage therapist since 2012 when she graduated with an associate of applied science from Trocaire College in Buffalo, NY. She has spent most of her career working in her own small practice inside of a chiropractic office before relocating to the Hudson Valley area.
She uses her training and experience to provide individualized therapeutic massage sessions where she can incorporate a variety of techniques such as Trigger Point therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, stretching and others. She specializes in treating chronic headaches, TMJ disorder, shoulder tension, back pain, limited Range of Motion, sinus issues and more.
One of her favorite benefits of massage therapy is that, when done regularly, it promotes an overall general sense of well-being. When you feel better, its easier to handle the demands of everyday life. It’s something that she has experienced herself through massage and is always excited to help others attain as well!
Its very important to Emily to create a safe and comfortable environment where her clients feel free to express themselves knowing that they will be heard. She strives to make each person feel as if they are her only client.
